Hi there! Long time, no post! I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas! We had a great Christmas and have been spending the last few days together as a family and playing a lot of Nintendo Wii! We finally got our girls the Nintendo Wii this Christmas and it is SO FUN! I was actually sore because we played so much!
Anywho....I took a little time to stamp last night and it felt GOOD! It has been almost a week since I last stamped and after cleaning and organizing my entire stamp area all day yesterday I couldn't wait to mess it up again! LOL! I broke out the newly released stamp set from Taylored Expressions called Discover Your Wings. This set is SO beautiful and it's the newest set in the Taylored Expressions Giving Tree Program.
I used Mercy's sketch from today, MTSC54. All of the cardstock, ribbon and designer paper are from a Key Ingredients kit that I purchased from Taylored Expresssions a couple months ago. It is no longer available! Sorry! I stamped the butterfly onto patterned paper, cut it out, popped it up on dimensionals, and added some pink pearls to the body. I made that cute little bow with the Bow Easy!

Ahhh, this is very pretty. Soft and delicate! We have the Wii and it's a big hit here with the cold weather lately!

I'm in love with these papers,not usually drawn to the pastels, BUT this is gorgeous. of course what a great sketch! love the wii, I've been sore after playing, too. lol!

I just love this butterfly! Love how you used the big half pearl for the head. Lovely DPs too. Fabulous job with Mercy's sketch.
We have had a Wii for half a year now and just LOVE it. Great family entertainment and competition LOL! We have a family Mario Cart race to see who is the champion and also enjoy competing in other sports. Helps burn off some of that Christmas eating too LOL! Got any sore muscles!?
