FS #130/Jodi CASE

 

Hi everyone!  Yesterday I decided to particpate in the Featured Stamper challenge over at SCS.  I don't normally do this because Sunday is kind of a family day.....Well, my girls were with my parents this weekend so I had a little time to stamp today before they came home!  This week's FS was the totally talented, Teresa Kline.  I am a big fan of Teresa's!  This is the card I chose to CASE.  This card was also HEAVILY INFLUENCED (if not completely CASED) by this GORGEOUS card made by my friend, Jodi Collins. 

I have had this Cosmo Cricket DP for awhile and after seeing Jodi's card, I had to pull it out and put it to use!  The main image is from Verve's beautiful set, Miracles Blossom.  The tulips were stamped in Memento Black ink and colored in with Copics.  I stamped the the tulips once again, colored and cut them out, then popped them up for dimension.  I also made them outside of the box (like Jodi) because I think it looks so awesome!!
