Hi there! As you can tell from the title, I finally got some time to stamp! I have been in great need of some creative therapy and tonight I told the family that I was clocking out early and retreated to my little crafting area and got to work!
I saw the sketch challenge this morning (SC259) on Splitcoast and knew I had to do it! Isn't this sketch awesome? I used a new set from Taylored Expressions called Sweet Occasions. I adore this set and it's so fun to color! I thought it would be fun to try and incorporate it into a "sort of" Christmas card for a friend. I used Eskimo Kisses DP (Basic Grey) and colored the image by pulling colors from the dp. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out!
I'm starting to panic because I am not even close to being ready for Christmas! I realized today that I need to finish by Friday because my girls' last day of school is Friday and there is no way I'll be able to finish my shopping next week! Wish me luck....
So how about you? Are you finished with all things Christmas? I envy people who are organized....it's a trait I wish I had! (It's also a trait my hubby wishes I had! LOL!)
Well, thank you for stopping by! It's always so appreciated!!!
Stamps: Sweet Occasions (Taylored Expressions)

I just adore those colors dp! That image is so sweet, and you colored it beautifully! I know what you mean about being organized. I am not, and I've been rushing around this past week trying to get things done for teachers, getting Christmas cards out, etc. I still have to wrap presents, make a few more gifts, make tags, and the list goes on and on and on.... ACK!

This is SOOOOOOO adorable, Jackie! Love that pretty green ribbon with the image. This sketch is VERY cool....I printed it out, just haven't had a chance to do anything with it.
Take a deep breath as far as Christmas goes. It'll all get done. :)
