Good moring everyone! Hope your Memorial Day weekend has been relaxing and fun! We don't like to travel on busy holiday weekends, so my weekend so far has consisted of a lot of stamping! I have a two swaps that need to be mailed on Tuesday so I've been pretty busy!! I will try to upload those sometime between today and tomorrow.
Now onto the card...I made this card for the featured stamper challenge over at Splitcoast. Today's featured stamper is peanutbee. You can check out her gallery here, or her blog here. She is one talented lady!
Here is the card I chose to case. Here are the things I changed:
~Stamps
~Sentiment
~Colors
~Used chipboard heart instead of a flower
~Embossed the back panel with the Swiss Dots embossing folder
The main image is colored in with Copic Markers. The cardstock used was Real Red, Chocolate Chip, Papertrey White & Sweet Blossom. The heart is chipboard from Stampin' Up! I smooshed my Real Red classic ink pad all over the chipboard until I got it to the color I wanted it to be. Finished card size is a 5" square. The rest of the card is pretty self explanatory. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to e-mail me!
I hope I did her card some justice!! Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a safe and fun Memorial weekend!
~Jackie
